ive spent the entire day pretty much recovering from yesterdays hard exersizes and workouts, i did a 30 minute H.I.T. lifting session with my trainer, i also did 40 minutes on the elliptical and walked around quite a bit. So its easy to see why i simply just needed to relax today. I did walk my dog today for about 50 minutes, but i am quite sore from all the activity. Ill just have to take it easy i suppose.

First day of blogging

hey guys, this is offically my first day of blogging. Ill be 18 years old in only 5 days, and my sister is coming to live with us agian after getting her masters degree in college.

i plan to do a visual blog of what i eat, what i do and what i see throughout my life, the life of a flexitarian “hippy”.
